USE OF MULTIBRACKETS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Undersigned retailer of Multibrackets products herby acknowledge these rules and guidelines when marketing and selling said products.
- Multibrackets is the sole proprietor of the intellectual property pertaining to the products, including all related instruction manuals, translations, products photos, online help texts, domain names etc. No intellectual property of any kind is transferred to the retailer.
- The retailer shall under no circumstances modify, repackage, encase, insert any other product into, alter, add to, or remove labels from any Multibrackets product without the prior consent of Multibrackets.
- The retailer shall have the right to display and promote the products at any fair exhibition, seminar or other similar sales promotion activities, as long as such marketing activity is coherent with Multibrackets marketing strategy for the products. Multibrackets shall at all times be kept informed regarding such activities.
- Multibrackets is the sole owner of all trademarks in relation to the products as well as proprietary and intellectual property rights pertaining to the products. Multibrackets have the exclusive right to register the marks and to apply for entry or removal of the retailer as a registered user thereof, including any use of domain names and social media names that are identical or similar to the trademarks.
- When marketing a Multibracket product, the retailer shall use the product pictures, EAN-codes, product name, and – if applicable – the design/patent protection number supplied by Multibrackets. This information is unique and may not be used for any other product.
- Failure to adhere to these rules may lead to a revoked right to sell Multibrackets products, as well as legal actions against the retailer in the case of IP-right infringements.
